What is the Labosal loyalty program

The Labosal loyalty program is a customer rewards initiative designed to appreciate and incentivize repeat customers through a point-based system. Participants earn points for purchases, reviews, and referrals, which can be exchanged for discounts.

How can I join the loyalty program?

Joining is easy! Simply register on our website during checkout or through the "Login/Register" section. Membership is free and starts as soon as you sign up. For register you will receive 50 welcome points.

How do I earn points?

Earn points by making purchases, writing bought product reviews, referring friends, and many more. For every £1 spent, you'll receive 1 point, with additional opportunities for bonus points through special activities.

What does the points table look like?

In-store purchases £1 = 1 point
Registration on the website = 50 points
Write a comment on our blog = 10 points
First in-store purchase worth £25 or more = 50 points
Write an opinion about the product you bought = 50 points

Birthday gift = 200 points
*If you provide us with your birthday when registering, we will send you a gift of 200 points to your account every year, which will be valid for 30 days.

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral link with friends. When they make a purchase through your link, they earn points, and you receive bonus points based on their spend. For each friend who clicks on your referral link you will receive 20%. Your referral link is available in the "Rewards" section under "My Account" on our website.

For example: If your friend buys products from our store using your referral link for an amount of £100, they will receive 100 points. But because you recommended our store to him, you will also receive 20 points on your account.
Every time your friend makes a purchase, he will receive 100% of the points, but you will also receive 20% of the value of his points.

Your friend does not have to register on our website for you to receive points but if your friend registers on our website using your referral link and makes their first purchase for at least £25, you will receive an extra 100 points on your account.

What are the different levels in the loyalty program, and how do they work?

Our program features three levels: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Your level is determined by your spending over a 12-month period, with each level offering increased point multipliers and additional benefits.

  1. You will receive the "Gold" level for shopping in our store for a minimum amount of £20 and your points multiplier is 100%. For every £1 you spend you will receive 1 point.
  2. You will receive the "Platinum" level for shopping in our store for a minimum amount of £200 and your points multiplier is 150%. For every £1 you spend you will receive 1.5 points.
  3. You will receive the "Diamond" level for shopping in our store for a minimum amount of £500 and your points multiplier is 200%. For every £1 you spend you will receive 2 points.
