Vitamin A is synonymous with deep renewal and the so-called growth vitamin. Thanks to it, the skin regenerates quickly. It also prevents keratosis and thickening of the epidermis, which is caused, for example, by drying out by the sun’s rays. Look for vitamin A in fish, eggs, yellow, red, and dark green fruits, and vegetables. You must also not forget about the plant form of vitamin A, i.e. beta-carotene. It is necessary for the construction of the epithelial layers of the skin, it also prevents pores from clogging up. You will find it in green-leaved vegetables and yellow and orange fruits, such as orange juice, apricots, peach, carrots, broccoli, peppers, Brussels sprouts, tomatoes and lettuce.
