Tiredness is your big problem, and do you consider lack of strength a permanent condition? Well … there can be many causes of fatigue! Some of them are very prosaic. Sleep - a way to get tired

If you lack strength during the day, check if you eat the right amount of carbohydrates, especially complex carbohydrates. Also, check your meals for calcium and magnesium, as these ingredients are essential for muscle function.
Tiredness can arise from immobility! A few words about physical activity
Paradoxically, the feeling of fatigue may be caused by insufficient physical activity. Lack of energy may be the result of low body efficiency, which should be improved. So instead of repeating ‘I’m tired’ forever, move on! You can choose to swim, walk, exercise in the gym … complete freedom! It is only important to keep moving!

Work-life balance - find it!
Professional success means sacrifices. Stress, overtime, lack of time for relaxation or pleasure significantly contribute to fatigue and eternal sleepiness. Of course, ambition is an important quality, but it’s not worth sacrificing your health for it!
